How does the Board determine maximum fuel prices in the province?

The Board is required to calculate maximum prices in the manner directed in the Petroleum Products Act and the Regulations. The maximum prices set each week are the sum of the benchmark price, the mark-ups, the zone differential and taxation as depicted below.
