Financial/Regulatory Analyst

Provide advisory services including financial and technical analysis to the regulatory team.

• Effectively and accurately perform various accounting activities, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and ensuring compliance with the Board’s policies, internal controls and other legislative and accounting principles.
• Review and analyze applications and reports to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of annual expenditures.
• Interface with stakeholders including the regulated entities, other regulatory bodies, consultants, government officials, and the general public.
• Assist in relation to Board orders, reports, and other regulatory documents.
