WHEREAS, by application received February 1, 2001, Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company applied to the Board for approval to continue its rating program for its Private Passenger class of business known as “Gateway Plan” and
WHEREAS, the Board, after due examination
and analysis of the proposed rating program, finds that it should be approved
as filed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

and it is hereby granted Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company for the
continuation of its rating program for its Private Passenger class of business,
known as “Gateway”, with base rates as follows:
