                  AND

 

IN THE MATTER OF THE CANCELLATION OF MOTOR

CARRIER CERTIFICATE NO. 4092

ISSUED TO THE TOWN OF HAPPY VALLEY

ON JULY 12TH, 1979

 

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS  the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities having satisfied itself that the Town of Happy Valley, holder of Motor Carrier Certificate No. 4092 issued by the Board authorizing the services attached thereto has by letter, dated October 20, 2000, requested cancellation of Motor Carrier Certificate No. 4092.           


 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

Motor Carrier Certificate No. 4092 issued to The Town of Happy Valley be and is hereby cancelled with effect from June 6, 2001, and said Motor Carrier Certificate No. 4092 together with all Schedules attached thereto be returned to the Board.
