| Establishing a maximum price for propane heating fuel in certain pricing zones in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. | ||
| Decision: | ||
| 1. The maximum price of propane heating fuel in Zones 3a, 3b, 3c, 4a, 5a, 5b, 7a, 7b, 10, 11, 11a, 11b, 12, 13, 13a and 14 shall be established with the pricing adjustment taking effect March 17, 2016. | ||
| 2. The differentials to be used in establishing the maximum price for propane heating fuel in Zones 3a, 3b, 3c, 4a, 5a, 5b, 7a, 7b, 10, 11, 11a, 11b, 12, 13, 13a and 14 shall be those set out in the attached Schedule ‘A’. | ||
