	A review by the Board of the retail portion of the total allowed mark-up for price regulated heating fuels in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
	Decision:
	The maximum total allowed mark-up for price regulated heating fuels shall increase as of October 3, 2019 as follows: Furnace oil heating fuel  1.71 cents per litre Stove oil heating fuel      1.90 cents per litre Propane heating fuel       3.49 cents per litre
