Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro filed a Reliability and Resource Adequacy Study with the Board addressing both near-term and long-term reliability and supply adequacy for the province’s electrical system before and after the integration of the Muskrat Falls Project. The Study sets out Hydro’s view of near-term resource adequacy, long-term resource planning considerations and the resource options available to meet its proposed planning criteria.
